Why does my credit card payment fail?

Payments by credit card may fail because of bank authorization and fraud prevention systems. When you have trouble with making a payment via credit card, you may contact your card-issuing bank.

The following reasons account for most cases of credit card payment failure:

A. The number of credit cards on your account is above the limit – the max number of credit cards you can use for payment on Wholesale-outlets is two. If you exceed the limit, your payment may fail.

B. The amount of payment exceeds credit limit – the max daily spending on Wholesale-outlets for a single credit card is USD3000.

C. The billing address is inconsistent with your credit card address.

D. Different users are found to have used the same credit card.

E. Your credit card may not support online transactions.

F. Your credit card may not support 3D security verification.

How to submit the MTCN to Wholesale-outlets?

When you choose to pay with Western Union, please follow the steps as below:

1. Before you go to your local post office and use the Western Union to transfer money, please remember to take a couple of information with you such as order# and payment amount (variable), Wholesale-outlets receiver’s full name and address (constant).

2. Write down your order#, payment amount, Wholesale-outlets receiver’s full name and address on the remittance sheet and make the payment via Western Union. You will then get a MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number).

3. Log into “My Wholesale-outlets” and select the “Awaiting Payment” option on the “Active orders"page, you will see a list of orders that have not been paid through Wholesale-outlets’s payment system.

4. Find your order which is already paid by Western Union and select the order to submit your payment information.

5. On the payment page, by clicking the “Western Union” button, the MTCN Submit Form will be displayed (see below).

6. Fill in the MTCN Submit Form and press the “submit” button. Your payment will be confirmed by Wholesale-outlets’s Financial Department in 24 hours after payment received.

How to Submit the MoneyGram's Ref Num?

When you choose to pay with MoneyGram, please follow these 6 simple steps as below:

Step 1
Before you visit your local MoneyGram branch, please remember to take you and Wholesale-outlets receiver's identification with you such as order# and payment amount (variable), Wholesale-outlets receiver’s full name and address (constant).

Step 2
Visit your local MoneyGram branch, complete a simple "Send" form and hand this to the MoneyGram agent along with the money you want to send and transfer fee. You will be given a Reference Number.

Step 3
Log into “My Account” on Wholesale-outlets and select the “Awaiting Payment” option on the “Active Orders” page, you will see a list of orders that have not been paid through Wholesale-outlets’s payment system.

Step 4
Find your order which is already paid by MoneyGram and select the order to submit your payment information.

Step 5
On the payment page, by clicking the “MoneyGram” button, the Reference Number Submit Form will be displayed (see below).

Step 6
Fill in the Submit Form and press the “submit” button. Your payment will be confirmed by Wholesale-outlets’s Financial Department in 24 working hours after payment received.
